The Belgium international has fallen out of favour under Pep Guardiola and could be allowed to move on when the transfer window re-opens
Inter Milan are plotting an approach for Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany during the winter transfer window, according to Sport Mediaset.
The Belgium international is the latest high-profile figure to fall out of favour at the Etihad Stadium under Pep Guardiola.
He remains under contract until the summer of 2019 but if the exit door is opened in January, then Inter intend to be at the front of the queue for the 30-year-old centre-back.
