Inter Milan could be about to meet the release clause of Fiorentina star Matias Vecino.
The Uruguayan’s stock has risen high after a good season in Serie A in 2016/17, where he scored three goals and assisted four times.
The 25-year-old apparently has a €24m release clause which is valid until August 10, and the Sky Italia team have reason to believe that Inter are willing to trigger it, possibly in the form of two split payments.

The Nerazzurri’s new boss Luciano Spalletti is thought to be a big fan of Vecino, and supposedly wanted to sign the star for his previous club Roma in the past.
Should any move materialise here, Vecino would follow in the footsteps of his former Viola teammate Borja Valero, who recently made a switch to the San Siro.

Vecino has been a member of the Fiorentina first team since 2013, and went out on loan twice to Cagliari and Empoli before making his mark properly.
The midfielder also broke into the Uruguay national side as a result of his club performances, and could now be about to make the biggest move of his career if reports are to be believed that Inter will trigger his release clause
