Ibrahimovic and Lukaku fines go to charity

Milan and Inter announce that the fines imposed on Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Romelu Lukaku for their Coppa Italia brawl will go to charity.

The pair had an extended and ugly exchange of insults during the Coppa Italia match on January 26.

The former Manchester United teammates had the argument in English.

Following an investigation, they were both charged with unsportsmanlike conduct.

A statement from the two clubs confirms both players will donate their fines to charity.

The sum has not yet been clarified, as they are in the process of a plea deal with the FIGC.
