Lukaku scores with every third shot

Inter forward Romelu Lukaku averages with a goal per every 3.4 shots in Serie A, chasing Juventus hero Cristiano Ronaldo in the Capocannoniere race.

The Nerazzurri striker has impressed since his move to Serie A ahead of 2019-20 and continues to score on demand for Antonio Conte.

With 19 goals in 26 Serie A games, the Nerazzurri forward trails Ronaldo by four goals in the Capocannoniere race, but has scored three more than Atalanta forward Luis Muriel and four more than Milan forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

The 27-year-old’s continuity is impressive and the Belgian averages of one goal every 107 minutes in the League, contributing 29.6 per cent of Inter’s goals this season.

Lukaku has fired 65 shots in Serie A 2020-21, giving him an average of 3.4 shots per goal.
